The Hospitality Show staged at Birmingham’s NEC celebrates the best of British hospitality and we were proud to have sent 26 of our young chefs along with Harry Lomas, The Grove’s Executive Chef and team manager to compete at this year’s event.
Following countless hours spent creating intricate static displays of chocolate, sugar, as well as rehearsing and practicing a variety of starters, main courses and desserts for the event, the team of chefs were up against some stiff competition.
The hardwork and commitment certainly paid off with each of the chefs awarded with medals in the various competition categories and most notably scooping a total of seven ‘Best in Class’ awards. Here are just a few of the winning creations that made the show such a success…
